Brass
Balls
Brass balls are available in 3
different sizes for science experiments and industrial applications. The sizes
are 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1one inch or about 25 millimeters.
Brass balls are used in many physics experiments related to gravity,
motion, projectiles, potential energy and kinetic energy. Brass balls
provide excellent resistance to corrosion by water, and they are
substantially lower in cost than other corrosion-resisting balls. Brass
balls are frequently used in many types of valve applications requiring
small-size balls. Brass balls also have the ability to resist many
corrosive chemicals. |

Large solid brass balls with product code
MSBB25
are available for wholesale and retail. Large brass balls are 25mm in diameter.
Large brass balls are very heavy
and must be handled and used with care.
1/2 inch and 3/4 inch brass balls are
much lighter and safer for physics experiments.
Brass balls can be polished to get their
shine back as needed. |
