This high quality cellulose paper
is made of 100% pure cotton. As a filter paper it can be used for qualitative
analysis and can filter particles as small as 2.5µm.
| As a chromatography paper it
can absorb the solvent to the heights of well over 12 inches from the surface
of the liquid.
For chromatography you can cut this paper
in any direction and the solvent will still move upward.
For electrophoresis you may cut wide
strips of this paper as long as 50 centimeters. It is a perfect choice for
electrophoresis on paper. |
